When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1 business day, holidays aside. Orders placed after noon, on a weekend or on a holiday may start the next business day.
How do I track my order?
We email you tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also sign in to your account with your order's email to see every order and its tracking.
Is shipping free?
Every subscription ships free. One-time orders show their shipping at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping methods and delivery estimates show at checkout. Estimates start once your order ships, and carriers can run late, especially around holidays.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. For now we ship to the United States only.
Can I change an order I just placed?
Write to us as soon as you can with your order number. Orders ship within 1 business day, so the sooner the better.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Write to us right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out.
How does the subscription work?
Pick a 1, 3 or 6 Month Supply: 1 can a month, 3 cans every 3 months or 6 cans every 6 months. Every plan ships free, and it ships before you run out.
When am I charged?
Once per delivery: every month, every 3 months or every 6 months, depending on your plan.
How do I pause, skip or cancel?
Sign in to your account with your order's email and open your subscription. There's no contract and nothing to call about.
Can I change my address or card?
Yes. Sign in to your account and open your subscription to change where it ships or the card it's billed to.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with the email you used at checkout, and we email you a 6-digit code each time.
Can I change my supply size?
Write to us and we'll switch it for you.
How do I take Full Count?
Two gummies a day, every day, at whatever time you'll remember. Taking them with food is easiest on the stomach.
What's in two gummies?
Saw palmetto extract 320 mg, pumpkin seed oil 400 mg, mixed tocotrienols 100 mg, beta-sitosterol 100 mg, zinc 15 mg and vitamin D3 2,000 IU, with 0 g sugar and a black cherry flavor.
When will I notice a change?
Most men notice less shedding first, often in the second month, and start to notice a difference around month three.* It's a daily habit, so keep going from there.
Are there side effects?
Most men don't notice any. Saw palmetto can now and then cause a mild upset stomach, and taking the gummies with food helps. If anything feels off, stop and talk to your doctor.
Can I take it with medication?
Ask your doctor first if you take any prescription, especially a blood thinner or a hormone medication, as you would with any supplement.
Is there sugar in them?
No. Every serving has 0 g sugar, sweetened with allulose, and the gummies taste like black cherry, not a vitamin.
Can women take Full Count?
Full Count is made for men. Women who are pregnant, trying to get pregnant or nursing shouldn't take saw palmetto.
